Job Title: Carpenter with NVQ Level 2 in Fire Stopping
Location: Various Sites in and aroud London
Contract Type: Temp-Permanent (13 weeks, then permanent)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Fire Stopping to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry work, while also ensuring fire safety standards are met on-site. Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry work to a high standard on various sites
Carry out fire stopping tasks in line with NVQ Level 2 requirements
Ensure all fire safety measures are correctly installed and maintained
Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Maintain high levels of workmanship and attention to detail
Key Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
NVQ Level 2 in Fire Stopping (essential)
Proven experience in carpentry
In-depth knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines and maintain high-quality workmanship
