Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing a pool of candidates for a wide range of roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Conducting interviews and handling compliance for candidates
- Managing job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and supporting consultants
- Attending client meetings and site visits as required
- Keeping up-to-date with employment market trends and opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent administration, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
- Persuasive, persistent, and patient
- Able to cope with pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible and adaptable with a mature personality
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Good IT skills and a high level of accuracy
