ROLE – Electromechanical Technician
LOCATION – West London
TERM - Permanent
SALARY- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
My client is a specialist manufacturer. They are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join their team in West London on a permanent basis.
The Electromechanical Technician will ideally have the following attributes:
Ideally be experienced building high precision products and parts
Modelmaking experience
Knowledge of welding, machining, fine assembly, vacuum forming and plastic moulding
Knowledge of a variety of materials – sheet metal, timber, injection moulded plastics, 3D printed parts etc.
A background in Manufacture would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Team player
The Electromechanical Technician role will involve:
Assembly of a variety of electromechanical equipment and systems
Working to procedures and instructions
Working with copper and brass – soldering and brazing
Testing and fault-finding
Repair and calibration
Communicating with different departments to resolve technical issues
