Our Client a growing Property company based in Bexley is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and support their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of sales negotiators, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice.

Lead negotiations with buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.

Monitor and track sales performance to ensure targets are met.

Stay informed on local market trends.

Oversee the preparation and marketing of property listings.

Ensure all clients have a positive experience throughout their sales journey. Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.

Identify opportunities for business development, including building relationships with new clients.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, within the property sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

Knowledge of property sales processes and local market trends.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong organisational skills.

A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

IT literate, with experience using property management software or CRM systems.

Knowledge of property marketing tools and platforms.

Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
