A well known client in East London is looking for a qualified Security Systems Technician to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of security equipment.
- Ensure systems are properly integrated and functioning for security monitoring and access management.
- Work with clients to assess needs, design, and implement tailored security solutions.
- Provide technical support and training on system use and maintenance.
Required Certifications:
- PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) certification.
- SAIDSA (South African Intruder Detection Services Association) certification.
Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, and access control technologies.
- Knowledge of security system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with security-related hardware and software.
- Familiarity with compliance standards for the security industry.
