Your Tasks
- Customer service via mail and phone
- Identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
- Providing information on contractual terms, invoices, and cancellation terms
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Native in speaking Dutch
- Good knowledge of English in spoken and written language
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Sales or Telemarketing experience preferable
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Target driven personality, friendly and communicative
