Our Client in the Citrus Farming industry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Kirkwood. The goal of this role is to coordinate and track supply chain operations through effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and retailers. Responsibilities include overseeing warehouse equipment and raw material orders, keeping organized logs and records of warehouse and executed orders, and solving shipping and inventory issues for stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Making shipping arrangements if required.
- Ensuring accuracy of orders and shipping documents.
- Identifying and fixing shipping errors.
- Preparing bills and invoices.
- Overseeing production timelines.
- Receiving orders and adding to inventory.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification in logistics would be an advantage.
- 3 to 4 years relevant experience.
- Familiar with Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of bulk packing and warehouse pick and pack procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
