My client is a leading QSR company seeking a Commercial & Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across multiple business functions. You will be a dynamically creative, self-motivated individual with strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in technical software, and experience with business intelligence tools. You will possess a deep understanding of QSR industry trends and the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance indicators and collate all operational and business data analysis.
- Create, monitor, and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports.
- Provide in-depth analysis to the Management Team and Department Heads.
- Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design, analyse, test, document, and support applications.
- Generate ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reports using analytical skills.
- Understand consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends within the QSR industry.
- Identify and source relevant data from various internal systems and external sources.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand the market landscape.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Analyse and map the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the customer experience.
- Provide insights to enhance customer touch points and drive loyalty and retention.
