Your new roleUniversity Administrator - Grade 5 35 hours, 5 Days a Week. 100% onsite Temporary - Immediate Start - 3 months plus £17.25 per hour plus holiday pay
You will be required to provide project administrative support, along with being able to prioritise tasks to support a busy HE department. You will have significant experience in assessments and progression along with examination knowledge.
Key duties will include:Coordinating the successful delivery of examination boards and to provide senior support to Summary Disciplinary Panels. You will also be responsible for the coordination of all Appeals and Academic Malpractice cases., along with reviewing and analysing appeals, complaints and academic malpractice cases and evidence.
The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact within the team and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are addressed effectively.
This is a diverse and busy role which would suit a candidate who is flexible, able to hit the ground running and equally someone who will pitch in when required during peak times to support team members.
Excellent IT skills are required as you will be providing general administrative support across the department and inputting key details into the internal system.
What you'll need to succeed
The role is temporary and the working hours are 35 per week.Previous experience is essential along with a professional manner. Excellent communication skills and a polite and friendly approach are also essential.
