A well-established Automotive Dealership based in Rustenburg is looking for an
F&I Business Manager to join their team.
As an
F&I Business Manager , your main purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to clients and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved VAP products in order to maximize gross profit.
Requirements: - Grade 12
- FETC Retail Insurance Qualification
- NCA Card
- RE5 Certificate
- Class of Business up to date
- Prior/Current experience as an F&I or Banking experience as a BDO with a proven track record
Responsibilities (but not limited to): - Performing against set targets
- Ensuring that applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Effectively managing the processing of finance applications and submitting it to the various finance houses
- Managing relationships between the client and the finance house/insurance provider
- Understanding and complying with regulations affecting both new and preowned finance departments
- Explaining product offerings and recommending products to meet the client's needs
- Monitoring the progress of approved value added product and insurance product sales
- Administering the finance & insurance data
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Timeous contract payouts
About you: - Valid Driver's License
- Motivated and Confident with attention to detail
- Ability to initiate action

- Excellent time management skills
- Calm and composed within a pressured working environment
- Following all instructions and procedures with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interaction and people skills
- Writing and reporting skills
- Experience on Dealer platforms i.e. Signio
- Communication of information
- Must be willing to work overtime if necessary
