REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion
Experience in the wholesale industry is highly desirable
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Visionary leadership with the ability to set and execute a strategic vision for sales growth

DUTIES:

Sales Strategy and Vision:

Work with the Executive team to develop overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive sales growth, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.
Brand Custodian.
Implement Business targets.
Maintain & grow sales function.
Hold partners accountable for the brand including VM in stockists space & deliver & deliver on customer experience.

Product Strategy:

Within this division, conceptualize & provide input into curated product range for stockists & corporates.

Market Research and Expansion:

Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers.
Maintain a wide network of contacts to stay informed about current and future industry trends and market actions.
Analyze the business environment, competitors, and customer needs to generate ideas for new products, services, pricing, and business models.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Team Management:

Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligning them with organizational goals.
Manage & develop the team to ensure business KPIs are achieved.
