TEST ENGINEER
Johannesburg- Randburg
A fast-growing company with several Product ranges. Well-established database of International and National Clients with repeated business.
The main responsibilities will be to develop/Design new test equipment for the new products being released for production.
Maintain and automate existing test equipment.
Prepare new products for Qualification Testing (Safety, EMC, and other standards)
Qualification:
- BTech in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or BEng in Electronic Engineering
- Must have solid testing and report-writing skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design Test equipment
- Logging of test data
- Thermal and Random Vibration Testing
- Assembling of test equipment used for manufacturing, qualification, and acceptance testing
- Will work according to several standards
Personality Traits:
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Hands-on and willing to take initiative
- Must have the ability to run complex test sequences and write structured reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
