Must have experience with, logging of service calls, opening job cards, reports, doing quotations.
Must have experience in a service environment and dealing with job cards. Excellent excel skills and system knowledge. High volume and pressurised environment. Able to multitask. This is more administrative than taking active calls.
A lot of excel and word reports is done and gathering of data for reports. Mail a detailed cv asap to
