CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
We at Ganga Plumbers are excited to share this newly available job position at our branch in New Germany for Control Room Operator to manage inbound calls, emails, and dispatch technicians.
Must be willing to work 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday and manage after-hour phone calls 1 week in a month.
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be available immediately.
Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating with field operators, engineers, maintenance teams, and other staff to address issues or maintain seamless operations.
Must have clear communication and coordination skills.
Requires 2-5 years of experience as a Control Room Operator.
Strong administrative background is necessary.
Afrikaans speaking is advantageous.
Salary to be discussed during the interview.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm.
Contract length: 3 months.
Pay: R1,00 - R2,00 per month.
