This role will be perfect for you, if youre not just a CA(SA) but youre also a financial trailblazer with a knack for navigating the fast-paced outsourcing industry, and thrive on driving strategies, optimizing processes, and leading with impact The main responsibility will entail full financial management duties and delivering consolidated financial information. A key aspect of the role will be monitoring and analysing financial performance, working closely with leadership to formulate financial strategy and delivering financial performance improvement to maximise profitability, whilst managing cash flow. Duties Include: Develop and manage finance & payroll functions Budgets and forecasts Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts Oversee and manage cash flow CAPEX and OPEX management Implement and update financial policies and procedures Management of the finance team Commercial support Oversee facilities across SA sites, which includes lease negotiations, maintenance, services contracts, building projects and Health and Safety Education: CA(SA) designation essential Job Experience & Skills Required: 3 to 4 years' experience in a financial management position essential Previous experience of working in a fast paced, cross-functional group Previous experience within the BPO / Outsourcing industry essential Strong management experience, strong interpersonal and people management skills Financial modeling skills Strong consolidations experience Strong understanding of financial business processes Knack for numbers and analytically minded Expert Microsoft Excel skills Meticulous attention to detail Deadline driven Apply now For more finance jobs, please visit If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
