Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mazak Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming and operating Mazak Machines, with a preference for those familiar with Mazak machining centres using Nexus 2 controls. Confidence in machining high value exotic materials such as Nickel Alloy 625, 718, Inconel, and Aluminum Bronze is essential for this role.
Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate Mazak Machines, with a focus on machining centres using Nexus 2 controls

Expertise in machining high value exotic materials, demonstrating precision and attention to detail

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure the efficient and timely completion of projects

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications

Proven experience in programming and operating Mazak Machines, specifically machining centres with Nexus 2 controls

Familiarity with machining high value exotic materials such as Nickel Alloy 625, 718, Inconel, and Aluminum Bronze

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
