Job Overview:
As an In-Store Sales Agent at Yogan Direct Marketing, you will be responsible for representing our clients' brands, promoting products, and driving sales through face-to-face interactions with customers. You will work in-store at various locations, interacting with potential customers to present tailored solutions and boost product visibility. This role requires strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in-store, providing product knowledge and answering questions.
Promote and sell products or services directly to customers.
Create a positive and engaging brand experience for potential customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and services.
Report on sales performance and customer feedback to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
Assist in visual merchandising and product placement within the store to drive sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective in-store campaigns.
Ensure that in-store displays are attractive and consistent with brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Matric (NSC) or Equivalent
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Outgoing, friendly, and confident with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
