Training will be provided for this role from the outset, including induction on the specific monitoring technology used in the delivery centre

- Degree/Honours or Masters Qualification
- No experience post qualification needed
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of MS suite
- Aware of internet research techniques
- Proven knowledge of how to conduct research
- Comfortable raising questions or escalating issues where needed
