Our Client is a well established Douglas-based organisation that offers a comprehensive suite of accountancy and wealth management services to enable clients to grow, manage and preserve all facets of their financial affairs through cross-border resources and expertise-led solutions. As they undergo their latest growth phase, they are seeking a Senior Statutory Administrator.
As a Senior Statutory Administrator, you will assist in the running of the Statutory and Secretarial department, providing dedicated support and guidance directly to clients and also to the Client Services team on statutory operational matters Duties will include:
- Overseeing general corporate statutory administration, including statutory changes and Registry filings
- Overseeing various statutory related tasks, and maintaining statutory registers
- Providing support to more junior colleagues to help build their understanding and familiarity with statutory tasks
- Entity incorporations, dissolutions, transfers in and out
- Updating and maintaining entries on the IOM Beneficial Ownership database, to ensure BOA compliance
- Producing minutes and resolutions
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of the statutory department projects
- Liaising directly with clients
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Statutory Administrator will have:
- A minimum of 3 years in a TCSP environment in a similar role
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
- Part or qualified STEP / ICSA or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Understanding of statutory and regulatory framework, with the ability to demonstrate good technical competence
- Understanding of anti-money laundering and other compliance legislation
Desirable:
- CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
