The overall purpose of the Programme Support is to assist and provide administrative support to the Programme Manager and relevant teams in activities relating to the execution of ISA’s mandate under the various programmes of Infrastructure South Africa.

Qualifications:Â
Any Diploma in the following disciplines: Mathematics, Statistics or Economics, Finance, Enviromental Science, water science, marketing and communications, political science, engineering or built environment.Â
Experience:Â
2 - 5 Years relevant experienceÂ
Experience working in a project management environmentÂ
Experience in administrative support in an office environmentÂ
Expedience in research, data gathering analysis
Experience in technical report writingÂ
Good Communication and delegation abilitiesÂ
Orginisational skills, including planning, leadership and coordination Â

▪Participate in activities that relate to the execution of Infrastructure South Africa’s mandate
â–ªContribute to the collection and compilation of primary and secondary data that support the work of ISA
â–ªWrite reports for internal and external meetings
â–ªAssist Programme Managers with various projects and other duties assigned
â–ªLiaise with government and private sector stakeholders as directed by Managers
â–ªCoordinate internal department meetings and record minutes
â–ªProvide general administrative and office support, including organising meetings, maintaining the calendar of events, and taking minutes
