Neighbourhood Officer - Liverpool - 3 month temp
We are seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Officer in Liverpool on a temporary contract, paying up to £24ph with mileage reimbursement and hybrid working.
Your new role
- General housing & tenancy management within assigned patch including void management, allocations, lettings and sign ups
- Managing low level ASB and neighbour disputes
- Managing allocations and lettings service using Property Pool Plus
- Responding to general queries and complaints from tenants
- Working with specialist ASB and Income Officers to tackle ongoing tenancy issues
- Estate management
What you'll need to succeed - Experience in a Housing/Neighbourhood Officer role, overseeing a patch of over 200 properties
- Experience in allocations/lettings and use of Property Pool Plus
- Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
