Interim Opportunity for a Building Surveyor with Damp & Mould Experience - Immediate Start.

As a surveyor, you will be joining the wider mission, to ensure that everybody has access to a decent home, and as such you must be passionate about ensuring that housing are improved and maintained to the highest of standards.
Your new role
- Conduct a thorough survey of residential properties in order to identify specific damp and mould issues.
- Diagnose the cause of damp and mould, making recommendations for remedial actions.
- Prepare a detailed report and action plan for addressing the identified issues.
- Liaise with in-house trades operatives to ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys, reports, and work.
What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience working as a building surveyor, maintenance, surveyor, technical surveyor, or damp and mould surveyor within a social housing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of building maintenance and construction.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and action plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of pay, available on a direct PAYE or umbrella PAYE basis. You will receive payment on a weekly basis for the duration of your contract, which will run for an initial three months with a high possibility of further extension to six, or nine months.
