Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements: - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role involves stakeholder management, timeline tracking, and ensuring project success within budgetary constraints.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure projects comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
