Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or related field.
- Experience in process optimization within the maritime sector.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and standards.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements: - Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in process management tools.
Duties and responsibilities:
To streamline and optimize maritime operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze and improve maritime operational processes.
- Implement cost-effective process solutions.
- Monitor compliance with maritime regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional maritime teams.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
