• Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations.
• Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, etc.
• Ensure service level agreements are adhered to as well as duty of care being a priority for travelers.
• Problem solving as well as following process to ensure a seamless journey for our traveler.
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years in corporate travel environment
- Ability to meet targets.
- Online proficiency and experience
- Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications – Outlook/Travel Port
- Proficiency in Amadeus /Travelport & Quick Trav.
- Good geographical knowledge
- Sound knowledge of fares and rules for both domestic and international travel
- Ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail critical.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Problem solver
