<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;"> Undertaking surveys in accordance with the firm’s procedures </span></li>\
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;">Attending client meetings, presentations etc </span></li>\
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;">Monitoring day to day programming and planning, internal costs, preparing and issuing fee invoices </span></li>\
