<li style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent verbal communication. An ability to communicate ideas, and effectively work with clients, members of the design team, and manage/supervise/mentor employees.</span></li>\
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Experience relevant to UK practice and knowledge of UK design standards, codes of practice and methods of construction.</span></li>\
