400 per day limited rate paid via Umbrella Company inside IR35
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement processes across Adult Social Care and Public Health or Construction services.
- Manage large open tenders, frameworks, and lower-value procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Public Contracts Regulations and council policies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks within procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement within Adult Social Care and Public Health or Construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations and procurement frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tenders and other procurement methods effectively.
- Flexible approach to balancing complex and lower-value procurements.
