About the Role:
- Train and enhance your sales knowledge to sell Protection Insurance.
- Fully funded opportunity to study towards gaining your R05 qualification.
- No cold calling! Contact existing customers regarding their Life Insurance inquiries generated through various business channels.
- Deliver high-quality telephone-based Protection advice directly to consumers.
Skills Required:
- Financial Services experience.
- Experience in working to sales targets & KPIS.
- Previous experience in a telephone-based position.
- Strong customer orientation and engagement skills.
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Committed to personal development and progression.
- Strong organizational skills to maximize productivity.
Working Hours:
- Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 9am-6pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm. (There is some flexibility within the Mon-Thursday pattern provided hours are met and after probation conversation around hybrid working can be considered)
