Job Title: Maintenance Foreman

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform maintenance work to plant, i.e., routinely scheduled preventative maintenance and adhere to preventative and update maintenance program.
- Manage mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- Minimize downtime by performing repairs in a safe, reliable, expedient manner.
- Work with the production team to help drive efficiency in operations.
- Consult Production/Packing Manager for necessary maintenance scheduling.
- Inform maintenance personnel with job cards for machine servicing.
- Ensure job card system is up to date and reports are submitted on time.
- Ensure availability of necessary parts and order in time if not available.
- Implement good work practices for all operators.
- Coordinate measurement tracking of energy efficiency.
- Proactively enhance operators' operational skills through training.
- Maintain ION Meter, power factor unit checks, and plant cleanliness.
- Prepare and manage adherence to budget.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Manage OPRPs effectively and handle after-hours standby and callouts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade: Millwright Trade Test Certificate - 26D / Red Seal
- Courses completed in:
- FSSC
- OHS Safety Rep
- First Aid and Fire Fighting formal training
- Dryer/Heater bank system training
- Supervisor's course
- HR/IR on how to delegate
- Forklift Drivers License
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Instrumentation/SCADA Systems/PLC/HMI/High Voltage Switching experience
- Minimum 5 years in FMCG/Manufacturing, 3 years in team management
- Knowledge of plant automation operations
