Seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee all aspects of the store’s operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving financial targets, and maintaining operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements: - A completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
- 5 or more years of experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
- Strong leadership and matrix management skills
- Technologically adept with the ability to quickly adapt to and work with innovative technology solutions
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Experience in compiling performance reports
- Solid understanding of retail operations
Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and developmental targets
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences and address feedback effectively
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory and store standards
- Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations
