The role…
In December 2023 we announced the carve-out of our Healthcare division and partnership with PE firm, Inflexion, to accelerate the expansion of this business. A key part of this, is growth through M&A, and we are looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will focus solely on supporting our Healthcare division. Becoming embedded with the Healthcare business, you’ll become a trusted advisor, working across a range of hiring initiatives and roles ranging from entry to executive level. Alongside our hiring plans, there are a range initiatives and projects for you to contribute to and take ownership over, so this role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career in Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings as well as the long-term workforce planning goals.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates through a variety of sources as part of the overall TA strategy.
- Go above and beyond to find the best people on the market using technology, innovative resourcing methods & assessment tools.
- Work with HR and Business leadership throughout the carve out to identify and recruit key talent to align with the Healthcare business’ long-term strategies.
- Work towards the evolution of the recruitment service and our overall team objectives.
- Help build the Recruitment Team's profile across the business and advocate, track and report on the importance of Candidate Experience and NPS scores.
- Partner with the team, stakeholders, and our colleagues in HR on key projects and initiatives such as, but not limited to EVP, Reporting and Analytics, DE&I.
- Work with the TA and HR leadership to identify and execute on the continuous improvement of processes, documentation & reporting etc where you see inefficiency and opportunities for optimisation.
Role requirements:
- Preferred Candidate would have expereince with Team Leadership
- Proven success in a in house TA role with prior experience in agency preferred but not essential.
- A track record of hiring within Sales or Consulting is preferred.
- A background in recruiting across multiple geographies (UK/US/APAC)
- Demonstrable experience owning senior and exec level hiring.
- Previous experience recruiting within a b2b tech, data or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
- Experience of effectively utilising an ATS systems and wider tech stack, be fluent in a data first TA environment, being comfortable with reporting and identifying the insights and actionable improvements.
