AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. - Management of the business's short-term liquidity needs and payment execution processes
- Ownership of the entire post-trade life cycle for derivative and investment transactions
- Oversight of collateral management process
- Management of quarterly valuation & reporting processes
- Participation in market, credit and liquidity risk analysis
- Provision of guidance on application of regulatory developments (IFRS, ISDA, EMIR) to treasury activities
- Pro-active involvement in treasury projects, process improvements and enhancements to analytical and reporting frameworks
- Background in corporate treasury or financial services
- Experience in financing, investments and/or derivatives
- University degree or similar in Finance or comparable subjects
- Good communication skills and analytical talent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter who seeks autonomy and is confident in taking the initiative
- Excellent spoken and written English
