Project Compliance Officer, Cardiff (Hybrid)
Hexwired Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company. They are now seeking a talented Project Compliance Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead and working within the Systems Delivery team, you will oversee all compliance responsibilities related to the systems division, with a focus on the following areas:
- Develop and maintain a compliance tracking system for multiple international projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract clarifications and confirmations.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project documentation content.
- Monitor and manage the process of documenting contract requirements and assembling evidence-based compliance reports.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings where contract terms and compliance matters are discussed.
- Identify potential risks to contract compliance and recommend mitigation strategies where necessary.
