Project Controller, Cardiff (Hybrid),
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective project controls across all initiatives by implementing standardized processes, methodologies, governance, and providing guidance to the broader project team.
- Utilize best practices in scheduling to optimize timelines, resolve conflicts, and assist in the creation and upkeep of project plans, while identifying and managing interdependencies between projects.
- Compile financial and management reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Support project audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Assist in meeting contractual obligations, including tracking project milestones and managing payment applications.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including logs for actions, issues, and risks, as well as document management checklists.
Key Requirements:
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within an international context. - Proficient in using MS Project, SharePoint, and the MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial management, and control processes and tools.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
