In this newly created role, directly reporting into the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for our production sites dedicated to our writing instruments while cultivating the brand's craftsmanship, quality, aesthetics and high standards.

- by defining the strategic direction and leadership of the production operations for the iconic writing instrument products of our Maison
- by being responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations across a diverse and dynamic scope that includes serial production, collectors/artisan atelier, and product development and engineering. Your role will ensure the seamless integration of safety, quality, and productivity standards to achieve operational excellence.
- in developing and executing long-term manufacturing strategies that align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement across all production areas
- by managing and optimizing daily operations,
- by proactively organizing, managing and continuously improving all production processes as well as the associated production infrastructure
- by leading, inspiring, and developing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and client obsession
- by overseeing resource planning, including workforce, equipment, and materials, to ensure operational effectiveness and cost control
- by establishing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track, analyze, and enhance manufacturing performance, addressing areas of improvement
- by proactively maintaining compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, prioritizing a safe and sustainable working environment
You'll have…
- a bachelor or master degree with a technical focus or comparable
- minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in the production environment in a leadership role
- profound experience in the optimization of production organizations and processes
- strong leadership skills with goal- and result-orientated management
- excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all hierarchic levels
- resilience to stress, assertiveness
- a creative, curious and dynamic mindset, you are able to think out of the box
- excellent strategic vision and conceptual strengths
- the ability to challenge yourself and the teams, with a lot of empathy
- a charismatic personality with intercultural sensitivity
- very good MS Office skills, excellent German and English language skills
