We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer and Project Manager with a strong background in water treatment plant design, project management, and client liaison. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of water treatment plant projects, from design and manufacturing to installation and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
Understand and design water treatment plants. Oversee the design process and provide input based on water sample analysis. - Project Management:
Manage the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of water treatment plants. Facilitate and manage subcontractors, including borehole drilling. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Client Liaison:
Prepare and present proposals to clients. Engage with clients to answer technical questions and provide project updates. - Team Management:
Manage a team of technicians and oversee their work. Find and oversee outsourcing partners for plant builds. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure all projects meet industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Minimum of (5) years of experience in water treatment plant design and project management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ability to analyse water samples and provide design input.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
