We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to spearhead our finance team's strategic growth. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, implementing efficient reconciliation processes, developing effective reporting systems, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in accounting, analysis, and reconciliation, particularly in managing foreign currency transactions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Implement efficient reconciliation processes to minimize errors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop effective reporting systems to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes open communication, trust, and respect.
What We Offer
$140,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.
