Position Title: CRM Specialist in the Real Estate environment
Reports to: Directors / General Manager
Overview: A CRM Specialist plays a critical role within our organization, focusing on optimizing customer relationship management processes through effective use of CRM software. This position is integral to enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and improving overall operational efficiency. The CRM Specialist will leverage their technical expertise and analytical skills to manage CRM systems, analyze customer data, and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining our CRM system to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability.
- Customizing CRM configurations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and AI integrations as needed.
- Automating business processes within the CRM system to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Analysing customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences.
- Developing and executing email, WhatsApp and other marketing campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and customer segmentation initiatives.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Providing training and support to users on CRM functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies related to customer data handling within the CRM system.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record with a solid analytical and technical background.
- 2+ years of CRM Administration experience.
- Experience administering and managing CRM systems, including customization of objects, flows, validation rules, permissions, and AI integrations.
- Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, and data analysis.
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
