Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the credit control function for a small book of customers in the retail sector
- Manage and coach a small team
- Handling customer accounts and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain standard policies and procedures
- Assist auditors with internal and external audits requests
- Monitoring and collecting outstanding debts
- Setting up payment arrangements
- Process month end timely before cut off date
- Resolving billing and customer credit issues
- Travel to retail and commercial sites
- Valid Drivers licence and own reliable transport
Qualifications & Skills: Grade 12 Certificate with Maths/Accounting
Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, Sage, Microsoft)
Advanced Excel skills
