Lead Excellence in Service Delivery as Our Manager!

Take charge of ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. As a Service Delivery Manager , you will oversee operations, manage resources, and maintain high-quality standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, resolve challenges, and strengthen customer relationships, all while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. What youâ€™ll do:

These individuals will be responsible for but not limited to:

Oversee end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring adherence to Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) including reporting.
Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management (conduct services reviews to discuss performance, address issues and escalations, etc.)
Continuous improvement - Experience in optimizing service delivery processes and managing innovative initiativesÂ
Strong ability to lead and manage a team
Financial and Contract Management
Risk Management and Compliance

Your expertise:

At least 8-10 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or a similar role, with leadership experience.

Qualifications required:

A Bachelorâ€™s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or an equivalent qualification.Â
ITIL
Project management advantageousÂ
