Education: - CA(SA) qualification is essential
Job Experience & Skills Required: - A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in an executive financial leadership role.
- Proven expertise in the automotive or motor industry is highly beneficial.
- Strong strategic and operational decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of driving team and organizational success.
- Adept at change management and driving transformation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
