As a
Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the transition from an insourced to an outsourced payroll system.
- Serve as the primary contact for the outsourced payroll service provider.
- Manage the implementation and adoption of the new payroll system across the Group.
- Ensure that employees and contractors are paid accurately and on time.
- Maintain the relationship with the service provider, ensuring the service level agreement (SLA) is in place and adhered to.
- Ensure quality and compliance standards are met by the service provider.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and collaborate with the service provider to resolve them quickly.
- Work closely with the Outsourced Payroll Account Manager to plan and schedule the Group payroll.
Qualifications: Completed Matric
Completed Finance degree
Skills: 10 years experience in a similar position
Experience in a Shared Service environment
