The HR Business Partner d/f/m is at the heart of our German HR Team. The Role provides support to associates, manager and several cross functions.
This position is part of the HR Department in Germany, located in Nussloch, and will be an onsite role. It is a temporary role to cover maternity leave, with a duration of 12 months and can be filledeither full-time (35 hours per week) or part-time (30 hours per week).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Individual consulting for managers and employees
- Local management of global HR processes
- Optimization and standardization of HR processes, process control, and monitoring through key performance indicators
- Taking on tasks in time tracking (ATOSS)
- Supporting the HR Generalist in preparatory payroll activities

- Good university or university of applied sciences degree and 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, experience with HR information systems, ideally with SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, ATOSS
- Very good German and English skills
- Solid knowledge of labor law, ideally good knowledge of the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry, including ERA
