- The ideal candidate will be a formidable consultant personality, adept at navigating complex projects with strategic autonomy and delivering impactful results that align with our clients' aspirations for technological and operational advancement.
- Successfully completed degree as engineer / industrial engineer or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in management consulting or industry with experience in relevant industries
- Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of lean management across the entire value chain in manufacturing companies with a focus on best practice assembly and logistics concepts as well as the design of entire value chains.
- High analytical, methodological and conceptual skills
- Strong and proven project management capabilities
- Understanding of corporate management and application of appropriate tools for financial and business planning
- Convincing and professional appearance as well as pronounced ability to work in a team
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English
