Purpose of the Job: To maintain & support the complete HR portfolio of the company.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management
- 10 years experience in a Generalist HR Management Role – Essential
- International & Africa HR experience – Essential
- Ability to travel into Africa and Internationally - Essential
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Offering expert HR advice & assistance
- Coach & support line managers for successful people management
- Assist managers in recognizing, prioritizing & developing organizational behaviors, structures, procedures, and skills.
- Oversee & carry out strategic change initiatives & improvement programs
- Encourage & carry out HR operations
- Make sure that local South African laws are followed & reported.
- Supervise & authorize payroll procedures.
- Handle inbound & outgoing expatriate procedures.
- Oversee national & international programs that promote inclusion, equity, and diversity.
- Oversee compensation & benefits
