Your key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers to the dealership
Taking phone calls and receiving bookings
Keeping customers up to date with their vehicles
Collecting payments
And more - it's all in a day’s work for our service advisors.

To be successful in this role you will bring with you:

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine customer-first approach
Fantastic communication skills, both verbally and written with a great phone manner
Strong administration and computer skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
A positive and bubbly attitude

The successful applicant will be joining a fantastic team with a great culture in our excellent purpose-built dealership. Experience in a customer-facing role would be preferred but we’re open to anyone with the right attitude as full training will be provided.
