I am a recent graduate with a diploma degree in Business from USP College, Seevic Campus. During my time at USP College, I actively participated in the Selling program, where we sold products we made ourselves. In one project, my group and I crafted delicious cookies, showcasing our teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills. Additionally, I engaged in merchandise projects, such as building our own display and simulating customer interactions within our group. These experiences have honed my abilities in product development, marketing, and customer relations, while also strengthening my teamwork, and adaptivity skills.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable work experience in customer-facing roles. During my time working on a farm, I interacted closely with customers, providing them with assistance and ensuring their needs were met. This experience enhanced my customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Furthermore, my role in a charity shop involved various responsibilities, including serving customers, managing the shop floor, and handling stock inventory. These experiences have further developed my customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
