I am a Psychology graduate from The American College of Greece with a strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and talent development. Through my role as a Junior HR Consultant, I have gained hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting assessment centers. I am skilled in evaluating candidate suitability, preparing detailed reports, and contributing to effective hiring decisions. My background in psychology has strengthened my ability to understand individual needs, communicate empathetically, and build positive professional relationships.
In addition, my experience working in early intervention and volunteering with individuals with developmental needs has enhanced my adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all HR processes. I am currently working toward obtaining my professional psychology license, while continuously developing my skills in HR practices and data analysis using tools such as SPSS and Microsoft Office.
