About
I have experience across hospitality and food service roles including pub work, pizza kitchens, and a fish & chip shop. I’ve worked as a bar worker and cellar assistant managing real ales, line cleaning, cashing up, and opening/closing duties.
I was also a Senior Pizza Chef at Pizza Express, responsible for food preparation, quality control, and working in a fast-paced kitchen. Most recently I worked as a fish fryer and counter assistant with key holder duties.
